Public health and programme management professional with over seven years of experience in operational planning, results-based management, budgeting, and programme performance in fragile and emergency settings. Currently responsible for WHO Somalia's biennial operational workplan of over USD 36 million spanning health systems, immunization, polio, health emergencies, and primary health care. Medical doctor with a Master of Public Health, combining technical credibility with proven strength in planning, grants and budget management, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, and partner coordination with ministries of health, United Nations agencies, and development partners.
