Do profile plans have recurring fees?+

No. Solo is free forever and Business is a one-time $15 upgrade. Restaurant Pro is a separate $49/year plan.

What does Business include?+

Everything in Solo, plus team member cards, a leads inbox, lead capture forms, full tap analytics, and shared team branding.

Can I upgrade later with my existing NFC card?+

Yes. Upgrade from Solo to Business anytime. The upgrade applies to your account, so you do not need a new NFC card.

Is Restaurant Pro included in Business?+

No. Restaurant menus have their own Free and Pro plans. Restaurant Pro costs $49/year per restaurant, separate from the Business profile upgrade.

Do I need to buy a physical card?+

No. Share your digital profile by link or QR code. NFC cards are optional one-time purchases from the shop.

Does the Base card include a printed QR code?+

The $10 Base card is NFC-only. Partial Custom ($15) and Full Custom ($20) cards include a printed QR code.
