No. Tap24 works through standard NFC — tap the card to any modern smartphone and your profile opens in the browser instantly. Recipients never download anything.
Yes. Tap24 works on modern iPhones and Android phones with NFC — the vast majority of phones made in the last several years. Partial Custom and Full Custom cards also include a printed QR code on the card as backup.
Yes. Update your profile links, contact info, or gallery anytime from your dashboard. Every card you have handed out stays current — no reprinting required. Restaurant menus are managed separately in your restaurant workspace.
Your digital profile stays in your account. Contact our team on WhatsApp and we will help you order a replacement card and link it to your existing profile.
We ship within Mogadishu. Most orders are delivered the same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
Solo profiles are free and Business is a one-time $15 upgrade. Restaurant menus have separate Free and Pro plans; Pro costs $49/year per restaurant and renews manually. Physical cards and table tents are optional one-time purchases.
Yes. Publish one venue with up to 5 categories and 50 items on Restaurant Free. Place Tap24 NFC table tents at your tables so guests can tap or scan to browse dishes, prices, and availability. Table tents are sold separately; the menu also has a shareable link.
No app or account is needed. Guests tap or scan the table tent and your menu opens in their browser. Edit in your restaurant workspace and publish when ready; every linked tent opens the latest published menu.
