Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tap24 at tap24.io, including our website, dashboard, digital profiles, and NFC card services. By creating an account or using Tap24, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Tap24. If you use Tap24 on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tap24.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tap24 for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer our services
• Send spam or misuse lead capture features
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to Tap24 or other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add to your profile. You grant Tap24 a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you publish.

Public profiles

When you publish a profile, its content becomes publicly accessible via your link, QR code, or NFC card. You control what information appears on your profile and may unpublish or delete it at any time.

Purchases and payments

NFC cards and paid upgrades are subject to the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Physical card orders require accurate shipping information. Refund and replacement policies for hardware purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.

Plans and availability

Tap24 offers free and paid features as described on our pricing page. We may change features, limits, or pricing for new purchases with reasonable notice. Existing one-time purchases are not subject to recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Disclaimers

Tap24 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. NFC hardware performance may vary based on device, environment, and usage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap24 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Tap24 is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Tap24 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tap24 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
